COMMISSIONS

Thank you for your consideration in commissioning me. Prices below are fixed and not able to be changed or haggled with, I hope you can understand. If it does not state on this website or my twitter that I am open for non-commercial commission requests, then please do not DM me. I cannot accurately give a timeline of when they will be open next. Thank you for your interest in my art, but I get a lot of DMs asking this question and unfortunately cannot provide a concrete answer.Although I sometimes post WIPs of Vtuber Commissions of current clients, I do not take them any longer. I hope you can understand. If you're interested in amazing art, please consider commission my wife mofumanju or my bestie tifa!

WAIST UP

£180

Character from either the hips or the waist up depending on what the design allows. This is best suited for characters who don't have a lot to show from the waist down, but offers less for dynamic posing.

KNEE UP

£200

Knee up commissions will start either from the knees or the thighs depending on where the pose lands it. This option is best for creating proper illustrations without having to show all of the body, therefore offering a more picture or snapshot version of a scene or pose. For background inquires, please expect a price increase of £30+ depending on the complexity.

FULL BODY

£250

Full body commission with minimal or no background elements. This type of commission suits character art as a stand alone or those who just want a fun transparent image of their character.

ILLUSTRATION

£350

Best for dynamic posing and inclusive of a background. Showing all aspects of the design is not a priority over creating a fun, interesting illustration! Depending on the composition chosen, some of the picture may be cut off, please specify if you want an illustration to be used as a stand alone piece like a gacha splash.
If you mean to use this in a stream, or cut it for animation, you will need to pay a commercial fee.

REFERENCE

£600

Reference sheet featuring two full bodies with a colour palette and additional knee/waist up. Can be customized to whatever design the client would like if they have a preference.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL TERMSI might record the drawing process and post it on my YouTube or ko-fi.Prices are subject to change based on demand.I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.I've been chronically ill since thirteen years old and recent developments in the condition leave me having days where I cannot work from either fatigue, pain, or physically incapable of sitting at my computer long enough to work.Alongside this, I have ADHD, which further makes my attention span unreliable. I ask everyone to exercise patience when commissioning me as it can take up to three months depending on your slot position because of these days. Within these three months, however, I will always be candid and message you with updates on either my condition, or the progress of the piece.2. PAYMENTCurrency accepted is Great British Pounds.Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment. Please provide your email so I can send you the invoice. I require full payment before sending the sketch.Payment will be provided via Artistree, therefore I will either send you an invoice through there or you will be able to claim a slot through their commission system.Commercial prices are the base price doubled. e.g. A piece at £200 will be £400.Rush fees are 50% of the initial pricing. I will not take on a rush fee commission if I do not think I can finish it in that timeframe, or if I can't fit it into my current slots. Rush fees are applicable if you need the piece finished within 30 days.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERYI will notify you when I have started on your commission.Even if you have confirmed a slot with me, I usually will not take payment until I've actually arrived at your slot. While I understand there are circumstances where the client may want to pay earlier, I operate this way to ensure I can put my full attention on your piece. While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you at the sketch phase. From the sketch to painting phase, I will occasionally provide small updates but I'm typically not the best at it given my messy process, so please let me know if you absolutely need WIPs through the painting process. Before I finalize the commission, I will ask you to check that the colours and details are correct with the references provided. The time it takes to finish your commission (once I have started) varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap. I take on commercial projects alongside non-commercial ones, so there is no need to message me for updates unless it has been a month. I will send them your way when I have them.Once the piece is finished you will receive a high resolution Google drive submission to use at your discretion. I do not give out the full resolution because my art is messy otherwise and I’m wary of giving out my large files.4. PRIORITY SYSTEMDue to demand, a priority system is in place. Commissions will be completed as they are accepted in that respective order. Therefore, if person one orders before person two, I'll finish person one before starting on person two. This is the general process for non-commercial commissions. If you desire your commission to be delivered by a certain date that doesn't require a rush fee, your slot position will keep this in mind. Those who pay rush fees and have strong deadlines have higher priority.Commissions categorized as commercial also tend to have stricter deadlines and will take priority, too.5. REVISIONSClients are allowed up to three revisions that are not at the fault of the artist. An example of a revision: "could the leg be behind the other one instead of just bent?" would fall under this category. "You drew the bow in the middle, but it's actually supposed to be to the right (as shown in reference)" is a mistake on my part and won't be included in this three revision limit. It is preferred for the client to provide revisions at the sketch phase, but since sometimes details aren't painted until later on, it's fine to mention it during that stage. If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge. If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final illustration - unless, of course, a misunderstanding from my side has been made.I am not a character designer, therefore please don't expect me to add things to your design to test out if you like it or not. Please reserve these kind of changes for an actual designer.6. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, kagefumi (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:Promote myself with it everywherePublish books with it (artbooks, etc.)Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)Post it wherever I wantIf you are a content creator that would prefer I wait for a specific reveal on your behalf to post it on my social media, such as a debut or a scheduled video, please let me know. The buyer is allowed to:Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated. The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.Claiming the artwork as your ownRemoving my signature from the artworkAltering the artwork without my consentI reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).7. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy! If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.I will not completely replicate another illustration as a pose reference, but you're more than welcome to suggest it as inspiration.8. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICYThe buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission. If I, however, have issues completing it beyond the sketch stage, you will receive a refund as it is on me that I cannot complete it and not yours. You do not have to pay for the sketch. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund. If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself. If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.(Big thanks to Nadiaxel for these terms and conditions that I’ve altered a little! They were kind enough to let people use their terms and I’m so thankful for that because I suck at this stuff!!!)
